I met with the team onsite, went through the entire financial history for the bar, restaurant and hotel operations and conducted thorough market research. After doing so, I identified a cost saving plan that could reduce the OPEX by 20-30% while increasing top line revenue by 30%. The deliverable is a simple task-by-task revenue generating and OPEX decreasing ideas.
