This turn-key marketing agency was having issues tracking key performances across their service offerings. They are very data driven but didn't have the tools to access the performance of all offerings. I created a business intelligence system (and reporting system) to clearly identify the performance of each offering. This system was able to track, for example, the reaccuring purchase rate, from a specific customer type from a specific country from a specific business genre. Why would this be important? Well this translated well for the client because they were now able to precisely pinpoint specific niches and set their ad spend to get maximum ROAS for their services. Their marketing strategies and ad spend activities was now a sniper riffle rather than a shotgun so to speak.
