Providing feedback was always a hassle for Consumers, reading through all the questionnaire and hence the Businesses run the risk of getting obscure feedback or not at all.

Consumers were more willing to provide feedback with few taps and lesser text to read. The idea of iconography instead of questions worked to improve the feedback. Businesses found the ability to quickly see what they need to improve from the dashboards helpful to improve their customers’ experience and also take timely actions.
