A cryptocollectible pet built on Ethereum network. A virtual pet that needs to be taken care of and equipped with accessories to make them cuter.

1. To design a cute pet with modular parts that can be mixed and combined to make unique pets.

The cryptocollectibles becoming a rapidly growing space amidst the Cryptocurrency enthusiasts, we had to stand out not just be design of the character but also by the way users would interact and experience with the pets.

2. To design a web-only app

Since the product owner chose to implement the NFTs on Ethereum network, the game had to be implemented in a web browser since payment processing using ether wasn’t a smooth experience in mobile apps.

All UIs were redesigned to match the new theme of marketplace and also to facilitate responsiveness of app for future mobile device updates.

Increase in pets sales were observed with the marketplace and enclosure redesign and also introduction of gameplay like giving love to pets, pets turning to ghosts when ignored for long time and mainly with the accessories and skins feature. Players showed interest in proposal of teaching tricks to their pets and introduction of 3D version with Unity integration.
