A teleconsult app for Physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patients to be able to schedule appointments and consult over video call with Physicians.

The product owner wanted an interface that is very minimalistic since its used by people who have very little experience using Smartphones and PCs. Since it also involves geriatric patients, the mobile UI was to be made friendly to them.

The Physicians found the app flow very intuitive and comfortable with their workflow. Patients (mainly geriatric) were impressed with the ease with which they could consult Physicians over audio / video. Many of the Patients living in remote areas with poor connection also found the experience smooth since the app was designed to switch off video or reduce quality based on the bandwidth.
