Overview:

This project aimed to provide affordable meals from drivers, along with enhancing the visibility, assortment, and overall operational efficiency of their preferred food merchant under a massive franchise group in Indonesia named “WARTEG BAHARI” for catering drivers needs. This involved a comprehensive revamp of merchant onboarding processes, strategic collaborations, and promotional activities.

Objectives:

Deploy POSM (Point of Sales Materials) to 600 merchants.
Generate 36,000 transactions through vouchering support.
Enhance driver engagement and satisfaction through improved dining options.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Onboarding: Collaborated with the sales team to onboard relevant merchants, ensuring strong and prominent visibility.
POSM Deployment: Coordinated the deployment of POSM materials to 600 merchants to increase brand visibility.
Vouchering Support: Managed vouchering campaigns that generated 36,000 transactions.
Driver Survey: Conducted surveys to gather insights and tailor offerings to driver preferences.
Activation and Awareness: Implemented activation and awareness campaigns through POSM to promote the revamped offerings.

Results:

Achieved a 5.6% increase in Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) with a total of 15.8k MTU.
Generated IDR 884 million in Gross Transaction Value (GTV).
Successfully onboarded and activated 1600+ merchants catering to drivers dining preferences.
