The Electric Vehicle (EV) Launch in South Jakarta was a pioneering initiative aimed at introducing electric vehicles into Gojek's fleet. Drivers Onboarding: successfully onboard 500 EV drivers in the South Jakarta area, ensuring that these vehicles were fully integrated into the Gojek ecosystem.

Overseeing the entire launch process, from planning to execution.

Managing the deployment of 250 Gesits and 250 Gogoro bikes, and ensuring the availability and reliability of BSS across South Jakarta.

Led the development of driver onboarding and training programs, facilitated the setup of a maintenance workshop, and implemented a robust system for monitoring bike performance and driver satisfaction.

The project successfully launched 500 electric vehicles, with 100% of the planned drivers onboarded and fully operational by the end of February 2021.
