Maintenance Program

Overview:

The initiative focused on supporting one of the main requirement for drivers vehicle maintenance by improving the performance and visibility of local automotive workshops under the internal program. This involved strategic partnerships, branding efforts, and direct support to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Objectives:

Increase the number of Monthly Transacting Units (MTU) and Gross Transaction Value (GTV) for participating workshops.
Provide special branding and merchandise to enhance workshop visibility.
Offer consultation services to help workshops improve their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Onboarding: Onboarded 296 workshops under the initiative, providing access to drivers in the service areas.
Branding and Merchandising: Supplied special branding materials and merchandise, including name boards, banners, and uniforms for workshop staff.
Consultation Services: Provided business consultation services to help workshops optimize their operations and increase revenue.
Special Packages: Developed special service packages for oil changes and vehicle maintenance, in collaboration with partners like Shell and AHM.

Results:

Improved visibility and branding for 30 top workshops, contributing to a 41% increase in MTU and a 52% increase in GTV.
Significant engagement and participation from local workshops, leading to better service quality and higher customer satisfaction.
