Leadership team meeting.

Lead a meeting with all senior leadership developing a plan to increase employee experience. The main purpose of this meeting was the discuss what was being done to create a good team culture on all teams and to create buy in for our program.

Develop Procore Heros nominated each month.

Each month the leaders from each department would nominate someone who was exemplifying our core values. The entire department would then vote for who would win the nomination for the month. We would then announce the winners at the All Hands meeting each month and celebrate their dedication to creating and upholding a inclusive, positive work environment.

Create Culture Ambassador team.

We create a self nominated team of employees from all departments that helped to plan team building events, do shout outs to recognize employees going above and beyond, and to help spread positivity throughout their teams.

Implemented "Shout out Wednesday."

Created a space that encouraged employees to give recognition and praise to coworkers who went above and beyond this week. We created a platform on Slack that allowed everyone in the program to see to praise and participate. It was the same day and same time each week which created excitement and anticipation each week.
