I reached out to about 100 customers to get their banking information and set them up in Stripe. Each time a new customer contract was signed, I set them up in stripe and started their weekly fee to be charged once a week.

Each customer was charged a weekly fee each week. I ensured that the payment went through each week. If the charge was declined for any reason, I reached out to the bank or customer to resolve the issues.

I hired two associates to help with the workload as it increased. I created a playbook and trained them on all processes and procedures that I created.

Worked in collaboration with our product team to move customers over one by one into our new internal system. My team was responsible for all customer communication and trouble shooting with the Engineering team as well as the banking facilities.

My team was the face of our program. My team was in direct communication with all of our customers handling any training, onboarding, and deescalation. We created videos to help with common questions as well as jumped on a zoom to screen share.
