Insituware's digital ecosystem, spanning a desktop web app, mobile app, and cloud portal, suffered from significant design inconsistency and usability issues. The interfaces were fragmented, outdated, and unintuitive, negatively impacting the user experience. Through weekly delivery of high-fidelity mockups, I worked to align design elements, streamline workflows, and modernize the look and feel of their software. This ensured a unified and professional user experience across desktop, mobile, and cloud environments. Throughout the redesign, I collaborated closely with front-end developers, leveraging tools like Chromatic and Storybook to test, review, and implement design changes efficiently.
