MedTech SaaS Platform UX/UI

SkinMedicinals is a digital health platform designed to simplify prescription management. It empowers patients to manage, request, and fill prescriptions with ease, while equipping physicians with tools to efficiently handle and respond to these requests. The startup needed my help to modernize their digital health platform, which was struggling with an outdated user interface that hindered both patient and physician engagement.

The existing interface was cluttered and visually outdated, leading to confusion for patients attempting to request prescriptions and physicians managing them.

I developed and delivered high-fidelity designs tailored to the needs of three core user groups: patients, physicians, and system administrators.

Each design was crafted to simplify navigation, reduce cognitive load, and provide an intuitive flow. For patients, I prioritized ease of prescription requests and tracking; for physicians, I focused on creating an efficient and organized request management system; and for administrators, I ensured smooth access to system-level controls and insights.
