ERP Portal Redesign

I redesigned the user experience for a workplace ERP portal that provides access to mental health resources.

The legacy portal featured a cluttered interface with inconsistent navigation patterns. Employees struggled to locate mental health resources, resulting in low adoption rates and a disconnect from the platform's intended purpose.

Collaborating with the Product Manager and CTO, I led a UX/UI redesign where our goal was to improve usability and employee engagement with features that support morale and well-being.

I delivered more than 30 screens and 10 user flows, ensuring each design was fully optimized for developer implementation with high-fidelity assets. The result was a modern, visually appealing platform that drastically improved usability and helped the ERP regain ground in a competitive market.

My redesign elevated the platform's accessibility, empowering employees to utilize mental health resources effectively. The improved user experience drove higher engagement and reinforced the company’s focus on workplace well-being.
