Improved UX/UI for a real estate CRM making it effortless for sales agents to engage with leads, streamlining follow-ups and increasing conversions.

I redesigned the sales lead inbox with a focus on simplifying the interface and creating a more intuitive user experience. This involved developing multiple design concepts and providing detailed annotations to demonstrate how each part of the inbox would function. By presenting options and steering the team toward an optimized direction, I ensured that the final design addressed both the functional and aesthetic needs of sales agents.
Beyond the inbox, I enhanced other areas of the platform, including customer support UX, empty states, the user menu, and account settings. I refined interaction flows and user experiences in these areas, ensuring consistency and usability across the platform. By delivering detailed interaction states, user flows, and annotations, I enabled developers to implement the designs with precision, ensuring that the final product met user needs.
Through this project, I improved the efficiency and usability of a high-density interface that is central to sales agents’ workflows.
The redesigned inbox now provides a more organized and intuitive experience, enabling users to manage leads effectively and increasing overall productivity.
