Crypto Platform UX/UI Design

This project focused on designing the end-to-end user flow and onboarding journey for a cryptocurrency web platform. The platform enables users to manage their digital assets securely, providing features like wallet integration, two-factor authentication (2FA), and a personalized dashboard. The primary goal was to create an intuitive first-time user experience that lowers barriers to entry for both crypto newcomers and experienced users. When I began, there was no existing user flow, wireframes, or design concept in place. The founder had no clear vision or structure for onboarding users, which led to confusion around how to approach the user journey. Without a defined flow, the risk of a disjointed experience and developer misalignment was high, potentially delaying the product’s launch. I designed a complete user flow that guides users through essential onboarding steps, including account creation, entering initial setup details (timezone, country), connecting wallets, and setting up 2FA. To ease navigation, I introduced an interactive tooltip tour that familiarizes users with key features of the platform. The first-time visit dashboard was designed to display relevant and action-oriented content, reducing cognitive load. I also delivered a high-fidelity clickable prototype, ensuring the founder had a clear, developer-ready blueprint for implementation.
