Designed a Seamless eSignature Platform for Faster, Secure, and Paperless Document Workflows
Overview
WeSign is a cloud-based electronic signature platform that enables businesses and individuals to securely sign, send, and manage documents online. Built to replace traditional paper-based workflows, the platform simplifies document approvals while improving security, compliance, and collaboration across distributed teams.
The objective of this project was to design a modern SaaS platform that makes digital document signing intuitive, efficient, and accessible for users of all technical backgrounds.
The Challenge
Traditional document signing processes involve printing, scanning, emailing, and storing physical paperwork. These manual workflows are time-consuming, expensive, and create unnecessary delays for businesses that rely on document approvals.
The challenge was to create a digital experience that simplifies document management while maintaining the trust, security, and professionalism expected from an enterprise-grade eSignature solution.

Research & Discovery
To understand user expectations, I researched eSignature platforms, document management systems, and digital workflow products used by businesses of all sizes.
