Valet Pay is a mobile application that modernizes the traditional valet parking experience by digitizing vehicle drop-off, retrieval, payments, and customer communication. Designed for hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals, retail centers, and special events, the platform eliminates paper tickets and long waiting lines while providing a seamless experience for both customers and valet operators. Modern valet platforms commonly replace paper-based processes with digital ticketing, real-time vehicle tracking, and mobile payments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The objective of this project was to design an intuitive mobile experience that simplifies every stage of valet parking—from requesting a vehicle to tracking its status in real time—creating a premium customer experience while improving operational efficiency.
