Research: The research was segmented into two parts (User Research and Product Research). It was key to understand what the talent management industry was like, I also learned a lot about HR and the sheer value of talent development, knowing all of this along with the product the company aimed to introduce to the market, I began the work of gathering my data and ideating.

Ideation: Content ideas were created, rejected, and deleted but all the same, this phase helped me point out the nitty-gritty of the gap in the industry and how the product messaging could be aligned with user intent.

Creation: When the research is done right, the creation would be less rocky and it was, although there were obstacles, I did find it exciting nonetheless
