About the Company



My client is a B2B HR tech company that equips businesses with talent management technology to hire talent, reduce employee churn, and measure employee performance.

As the company was in the early stages of business and brand growth, it needed to build a content program to boost brand credibility and thought leadership.

Process

  1. Research: The research was segmented into two parts (User Research and Product Research). It was key to understand what the talent management industry was like, I also learned a lot about HR and the sheer value of talent development, knowing all of this along with the product the company aimed to introduce to the market, I began the work of gathering my data and ideating.
  2. Ideation: Content ideas were created, rejected, and deleted but all the same, this phase helped me point out the nitty-gritty of the gap in the industry and how the product messaging could be aligned with user intent.
  3. Creation: When the research is done right, the creation would be less rocky and it was, although there were obstacles, I did find it exciting nonetheless



Outcome
