MORVA makes dresses, sets and suits that spend between 14 and 36 hours in the hands of the atelier. A ready-made theme would have turned that into one more grid of products, so we designed and built a custom Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme around the brand: its cream and ink, its drawn logotype, and the marks taken from the tattoo traditions of women in southern Iran.

Photographs sit in the pointed arches of southern houses, a single mask that fits any image the team uploads. The collection is told in MORVA's own three layers, everyday pieces, attire and atelier work, each with its Persian name, starting price and number of pieces counted live.

Every product shows its hours of handwork as a line of red running stitches that sew themselves in when they come into view. Hand hours, fabric, technique and the Persian name are product custom fields (metafields), so the team edits them in Shopify admin like any other field.

Shopping is quick: a side bag that opens without a page reload, Shopify's own filtering and predictive search, sizes from live stock with sold out sizes crossed out, and a size guide linked from every size picker. Everyday, Attire and Atelier are automated collections that fill themselves from tags.

Every part of the home page is a section the team can add, reorder and edit in Shopify's theme editor. The whole theme is hand-written Liquid, JSON templates, one stylesheet and one small script: 13 KB of compressed CSS and JavaScript, no apps, no libraries and zero Theme Check errors. It carries a Persian translation and a right-to-left layout for a future Persian storefront.
