❇️ Project Overview
This passion project was built during COVID-19 and highlights the obstacles small businesses faced to survive their online presence during those hard times.
❇️ The Problem
Due to COVID-19, Vancouver's food trucks, can only do delivery or takeout. Taqueria lacks an online presence, making it tough to reach customers
The objective is to cultivate brand loyalty and secure Taqueria's long-term success in the market
❇️ The Solution
An app that enables users to customize their order and track their order delivery in real-time
❇️ Research
❇️ Design Iterations based on Usability Study
✴️ What I learned
Significance of addressing edge cases — those scenarios that fall outside the typical user journey. Whether it's users with specific accessibility needs, varying device specifications, or unconventional usage patterns, each edge case represents an opportunity to enhance inclusivity and ensure a positive experience for all users.
Iteration isn't just about efficiency gains; it's a mindset — It's about addressing design concerns early on, preventing major overhauls later in the project. It's a continuous cycle of improvement that ensures the end product is not just good but continually getting better.
