Attracting the best candidates? Not as easy as it used to be. Vacature Via tasked us with developing the ultimate job platform: design-first, user-friendly and powered by no-code.‍

As a well-known destination for jobseekers, Vacature Via was looking to set itself apart from traditional, outdated job boards. This meant that both standout design and top-notch interaction were a priority in the creation process. With new search functions to complement the visual interface, as well as clever use of data, we built a curated job platform unlike any other in the industry.

Challenge & approach

‍Our process

True collaboration is an important pillar in our process, so we always make it a priority to get to know the client inside out before we start a project. By understanding Vacature Via’s values, objectives and challenges, we were able to map out a strategy and select the right no-code toolstack for the job. This included making sure that the Vacature Via team would be able to edit and adjust the platform themselves, without needing any prior technical knowledge. With all of this in place, we rolled out a fast, agile workflow to bring our vision to life.

The result is a platform that truly speaks to the modern job market. Brand-driven design, forward-thinking filters, search functions, and an automated social media asset generator make it a truly unique digital experience. One that makes finding talent or dream jobs easier and above all, more fun.

With over 300.000 automations per month and 8000 unique pages powered by no-code, we’ve given Vacature Via a competitive advantage in an ever-changing digital world. All without traditional programmers, and with a platform that they have the power to adjust and elevate themselves.
