This project is a perfect mix of AI and human care. We designed the entire app from scratch and made sure the electro-acupuncture process is direct and friendly.

Our team focused on building trust with the user. People often fear using medical devices at home, so we had to make everything feel accessible and simple. We carefully planned how a person moves through the app before starting the actual design work.

The design works as a direct path: AI chat with Cleo collects symptoms → generates acupuncture point recommendations → connects the electro-acupuncture device → runs the guided session → logs results → updates the healing plan.

Our team delivered 20+ screens that cover every part of the app: symptom collection, device pairing, session scheduling and progress tracking. Everything is fully documented — user flows, UI kit and dev-ready Figma files.

We have built a strong foundation for a product that truly cares for its users.
