Pulse Pilot AI main goal is to provide software companies with a clear understanding of the health of their software application, understand what their users are saying, and determine what to develop next in a product roadmap.

What was the main request?

The team had a general vision, but was not sure how to structure their product. The question was how to organize the hierarchy and visually present the product. The team also was open to ideas on features. The design should facilitate the way feedback has to make from users to developers.

We identified and analyzed the biggest competitors to understand their approach and find references for our solution. We also take time for user research with the Job-To-Be-Done methodology to find out what users struggle with while leaving feedback. Our team started with Platform Architecture (Site map + User Flow), created Wireframes and final Platform Design.

Pulse Pilot AI got its visual representation and clear structure. We defined main features and created understandable designs for them. We also created a system that would help the team to make further changes independently. With this help the product is ready to enter the market.
