I've been committed to giving our customers the best service possible as a Technical service Specialist at HostHatch, making sure their hosting environments have operated without a hitch. I have helped with server setups, tracked down and fixed technical problems, and kept an eye on system performance. As part of my job, I've had to quickly address support queries and, where necessary, escalate more complicated problems to our senior engineers.
