The problem

Five companies in aerial LiDAR, pipeline patrol, forestry and wildfire risk were merging into one brand: Forsite. Each had its own site and its own audience, from utilities to land managers. The new site had to make one company feel credible across all of them, and turn that traffic into sales conversations.
The result: about 16 new deals, ranking for main keywords within 2 weeks, and 30k visitors since the April 2026 launch.

The work

Home page

Five companies meant five audiences landing on the same page. I kept the hero to a single promise and placed the operational numbers right below it (1.8M+ sq mi of LiDAR, 2.2M+ miles patrolled a year), so visitors see the size of the merged company before any list of services.

Solution pages

ForestView, FireView, RiskView and Pipeline are different products for different buyers. I designed one page structure for all four and gave each product its own accent color, so the pages read as one family but are easy to tell apart.
ForestView, FireView, RiskView and Pipeline share one structure, so new products launch without new design work.

How I worked

L&S provided the sitemap and the low-fidelity wireframes. I took the project from there: home page tests, high fidelity for every template, and the style guide. I managed design timelines and kept the agency PM updated, so the build team always knew what was ready.
Research and direction. Every design direction came with a rationale tied to the client's goals, not just taste.
A system, not pages. I designed 12 to 15 templates on one component library, so five business lines could share one structure.
Process. I suggested workflow and delivery improvements to the agency along the way.

Results

Forsite launched in April 2026. According to L&S Creative Agency, the site performed better than anyone expected:

Working with Carol was AMAZING! She was able to take full control of the design, and quickly help us implement feedback from client. If you are looking for a UI/UX designer, I'd STRONGLY suggest you work with Carol.
