Landing page design + Webflow implementation for OnlyOnce

Carol Loiola

Overview

My Role: Designer & Webflow Developer Information Architecture, Visual Design, Webflow Implementation with Lumos Framework
Deliverables:
2 landing pages (Customer + Influencer)
Responsive design (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Custom animations and interactions
~24 hour implementation timeline
Context: This is part of the OnlyOnce project. See the complete web app case study for full product context.
Soon I will update this Case study with final link, once the web app is live.

Information Architecture

Customer Landing Page

Goal: Help parents recognize their pain point and see OnlyOnce as the answer.
Structure I designed:
Hero — Emotional entry point
Problem (Pain Points) — Short but powerful, framing what's at stake if memories are lost
Solution — Introducing OnlyOnce as the answer to that problem
Demo Vault — The emotional proof, showing what a vault feels like
CTA — Right after demo vault, when emotional impact is highest
How It Works — Clarity on the simple steps, so people can picture themselves using it
Privacy & Trust — To address concerns and differentiate us from social media
Pricing & CTA — The decision point
FAQ — Addressing common questions

Influencer Landing Page

Goal: Give Ross a tool to personally invite influencers to experience OnlyOnce first-hand.
Structure (streamlined for faster decisions):
Hero — Tailored to influencer audience
Quick Steps — Streamlined "how it works"
Vault Preview — Demo experience (same emotional hook)
Founder Video — Ross explaining his vision (builds partnership trust)
Gift + Privacy Reassurance — Why it's sacred, not social
Emotional Nudge (Urgency) — Gentle push without pressure
What Happens Next — Clear expectations for collaboration
Key differences:
Shorter, faster flow — Influencers decide quickly; removed FAQ, pricing complexity
Founder video positioned higher — Builds personal connection for partnership
Language shifts — From "you" (parent) to "your audience" (influencer opportunity)
Partnership framing — Positions as collaboration, not just product pitch
What stays the same:
Demo vault as emotional core — Universal hook that works for everyone
Privacy messaging — Critical trust-builder for both audiences
Visual rhythm and pacing — Same warm, sacred feeling throughout
Why this order: The demo vault comes early (section 4) because that's where emotional impact peaks. When people hear a real parent's voice preserved, they feel what OnlyOnce is. We place the first CTA immediately after, strike while emotion is hot. Then we address practical concerns (how it works, privacy, pricing) once they're already invested.

Webflow Implementation

Technical Approach

I implemented both pages using Lumos Framework, which provided a solid foundation for structure and responsiveness.
Timeline: ~24 hours total
Structure setup: Fast (Lumos foundation)
Custom interactions: 70% of time spent here
Why Lumos worked:
Clean, semantic HTML structure
Built-in responsive grid system
Easy to customize without fighting the framework
Perfect for landing pages that need to ship fast
