Madeleinewow E-Commerce Website Design

I was consulted by Madeleinewow's director, a luxury clothing brand in Dubai, to build a visually appealing and mobile-responsive E-commerce store, that has functionalities and features that make online shopping easier for customers. The Challenge 😭

The client's existing online presence lacked the sophistication and user-friendly interface required to attract and engage potential customers. Way Foward😁 To begin with, I chose to work with WordPress because of its versatility, compatibility, and leveraging WooCommerce as the shop manager🛒😎. Elementor Pro is of its essence in designing the website in terms of visuals and functionalities.

In ensuring the responsiveness of the website across all devices, and making sure the website is a user-friendly one, the designs were carefully inspected to fit all screen sizes without losing webpage properties. Also, web page behavior was consistent across all devices, and easy functions such as add-to-cart, add-to-wishlist, reviews, and others were positioned in strategic locations for easy access.

In consideration of the industry in which the brand operates, the size of clothing is very important to customers to avoid or limit returns/refunds I incorporated a size chart and product variation plugin for customers to choose their size, and know their clothes measurements before ordering.

One of the goals of this project is to create a user-friendly website, in lieu of this, I ensured ordering products by customers was easier than ever by integrating a send Cart-to-WhatsApp Plugin to make sure customers without high technicality know-how can easily send their cart to WhatsApp thereby receiving a one-on-one shopping experience with Madeleinewow.

It is of the truth that in sales customer care and support are very crucial because they build trust, credibility, and relationships with customers. In light of this, I made their support private 🔐 and instant by integrating WhatsApp support, using the WhatsApp support Plugin to have a more private and customized customer care/support experience. The support chat can be easily accessed on all web pages.
