KEEN Production was struggling with client acquisition and wanted to build Business Development so they can grow. Instead of building a traditional Sales team, I've designed for them a new business model where they would sell to Marketing agencies instead of to direct clients. Marketing agencies often do marketing management but do not have an in-house team. That way we can have a retainer/subscription with a fixed amount as we know they'll need production for their clients every month. That would drive the cost of acquisition way down and it would also guarantee a number of production events every single month. This has catapulted KEEN Production's business to a new level and this is what I've done to achieve their goals:
