Process Development and Optimization

POSRocket didn't have processes for cross-function and didn't even have dashboards to see results and data. Everything was done manually and generating reports took up to a week! Using Google Sheets functions and Google Forms I have managed to develop a process with handover between departments meaning that Finance as well as other departments can have a real-time view on data and are able to generate custom reports in seconds saving them days of unnecessary grunt work.
