Crosstown is a six townhome development in Vancouver’s charming East Side.

Disignr was tasked with the Project Branding, Web Design, and Marketing for this new real estate development.

The challenge for this project was creating a brand that would show up consistently across every platform.

The way we solved this was by maintaining the design elements to a minimum, which helped us create materials that did not distract from the information presented. Moreover, this minimalistic approach helped strengthen the brand identity, helping buyers recognize it easily.

Our team had to come up with ways of creating materials that would speak a cohesive message and maintain the intended tone throughout.

Working with the established colour palette, typefaces, and complementary design elements, we created a harmonious library of marketing materials that effectively communicated the message of this new development.
