I was a participant in C-School's Community Management Foundations cohort for 2022. Here were my learning outcomes:

Understanding how to align community goals with business goals

Understanding how different businesses can leverage Community to meet business goals

Meeting community managers from various industries, and understanding how different community strategies are implemented.

I created a community launch strategy for a wellness startup at the end of the course. I worked directly with the startup's founder to determine a suitable community strategy for their wellness products.

Highlights include:

Creating a community strategy that is specific to the product, sector, company mission, and values.

Creating a community strategy that aligns with the company's Customer Journey.
