I created a community launch strategy for a wellness startup at the end of the course. I worked directly with the startup's founder to determine a suitable community strategy for their wellness products.
Highlights include:
Creating a community strategy that is specific to the product, sector, company mission, and values.
Creating a community strategy that aligns with the company's Customer Journey.
