In May '22, I was a group mastermind lead for Youtube educator Latasha James' Social Media Management Accelerator course. I was invited to be a group lead after being one of the first course graduates back in the spring of 2021, so this was a super fun way to stay connected to the SMM community and pass my knowledge and experience along to newer social media managers. I was responsible for leading weekly calls, facilitating discussion, answering questions and sharing resources with group members.

In September '22, I reconnected with Latasha to help with email inbox management & customer service during a busy course launch period. During this time, I was responsible for labelling & forwarding along any emails Latasha needed to respond to, and then responding to course questions & enrollment issue emails independently.

Most recently in December 23', I put together a course on website strategy for freelancers to be hosted inside of Latasha's paid community, the Freelance Friday Club.
