Airlines for America approached NJI to redesign its flagship website to better support the organisations goals and priorities. They had realised as a result of the pandemic disrupting the air travel industry that their platform needed updating to be more agile and flexible to the changing times.

After an extensive discovery and audit phase we realised that due to the amount of content and data available, navigation, way-finding and a more streamlined mobile experience would be needed in order to clearly convey A4A’s mission and priorities. The aim was to create a website tailor-made for their audiences—putting accessibility at the forefront of our discovery process and creative execution. Developing an intuitive and timeless design to extend site longevity, supported by a CMS that can evolve with Airlines for America and the overall airline industry.

In 2022 NJI was awarded One Gold & One Silver MUSE Award for Airlines for America’s fully redesigned website project. NJI won a Gold MUSE Award in the Association Website category and a Silver in the Website category. https://www.airlines.org/
