We began by developing content verticals: skincare education, ingredient education, relatable sustainable living tips and product promotions. I then created content that matched their unique brand voice while also delivering resources that their customers could benefit and learn from. In addition to content creation and content planning, I managed engagement strategy and community management for their social channels to help grow their channels. This led to an increase in their social media following, more engagement with their content and a long-term increase in sales + pre-sales.
