Keoo AI Product Design, Mobile App and Branding

Overview: Keoo AI is a platform that helps creators, marketers, and digital professionals generate high-quality media using artificial intelligence. Users can create videos, images, voiceovers, and animations, all with AI-powered tools.

I was responsible for designing the full product experience across web and mobile, including user dashboards, AI workflows, notifications, content history, and billing management. The goal was to make advanced AI tools feel intuitive, fast, and usable, even for non-technical users.

The platform offers a wide range of AI tools, each with its own flow and use case. The biggest challenge was to design a system that could handle this complexity without overwhelming the user.

Additionally, since AI generation involves processing time and credits, the UI needed to handle feedback states (loading, success, fail), usage tracking, and edge cases gracefully all while maintaining a clean, creative-friendly interface.

I started by mapping out the entire user journey from account creation to generating content and managing subscriptions. I worked closely with the founders to understand business priorities, technical constraints, and feature logic.

Wireframes and flow diagrams were created in FigJam to clarify logic before visual design. Once flows were locked, I moved into high-fidelity UI design in Figma building components, interaction states, and scalable layouts for both mobile and web.

Brand Identity Design Developed a complete visual identity system that reflects Keoo AI’s core values — innovation, creativity, and clarity. This included logo design, color palette, typography, iconography, tone of voice, and brand usage guidelines, all built for consistency across product and marketing.

Web and Mobile UI Design (Figma) Designed a responsive and scalable UI system in Figma covering all key features — from content generation tools to dashboards, notifications, and billing. Each screen was created with usability, clarity, and brand alignment in mind.

Mobile App Design Crafted a seamless mobile experience optimized for creators on the go. Prioritized core flows, simplified layouts for smaller screens, and used smooth transitions and sticky interactions to enhance engagement.

User Flows & Wireframes Mapped out key user journeys to clarify product logic and reduce friction across AI workflows, onboarding, credit management, and content history. Wireframes were created for early-stage validation before final UI development.

Full Design System Built a component-based design system covering buttons, inputs, modals, cards, navigation, and more. The system includes spacing rules, interaction states, typography scales, and color usage guidelines — making handoff and scalability easier for devs and future designers.

UX Copy & Micro-interactions Wrote clear, human-centered microcopy for tooltips, button labels, onboarding messages, and empty/error states. Designed micro-interactions that guide users through AI processes without confusion — from feedback indicators to status updates.

Dev-Ready Handoff Documentation Delivered organized Figma files with annotated notes, interaction specs, responsive guidelines, and asset exports. Created developer notes covering edge cases, scroll behaviors, error states, and conditional logic to ensure smooth implementation.

The final design gave Keoo AI a flexible, user-centered product foundation ready for development. Complex AI features were made approachable, the interface was lightweight and clear, and the system could scale as more tools and users were added.

The client approved the full product with no major revisions and passed it directly to dev with minimal adjustments.

This project pushed me to think deeply about information architecture, usability, and visual clarity in a product with technical depth. I focused on helping users feel empowered, not overwhelmed — even when working with complex AI features.
