Brand Identity for a Learning Companion Powered by AI

Overview: Tariqa is a modern, AI-powered learning companion designed to guide users along their personal path of growth and education. The name “Tariqa,” meaning path or way in Arabic, embodies the product’s core mission—helping users discover and follow their unique learning journey. I was responsible for crafting the entire brand identity from scratch—from the visual direction, and logo design to the 3D icon and mockups.

Timelines: 4 days

Process: We started by exploring names that convey direction, clarity, and purpose. “Tariqa” felt just right—minimal, meaningful, and easy to remember. From there, I developed a brand identity system that combines a fiery, energetic orange with deep navy and soft white to balance warmth with intelligence.

The logo design is clean and symbolic. The custom icon subtly suggests motion, transformation, and upward progress—everything that learning should feel like. I paired it with a modern, tech-forward typeface for a confident and polished look.

To take things further, I designed a 3D version of the icon to bring more personality and give it depth across digital touchpoints, including app mockups, interface previews, and social branding.

Tariqa now has a flexible and bold visual identity that reflects its purpose: to guide, empower, and evolve with the learner. The brand system is versatile across mobile, web, and marketing use cases—something clients can build on confidently as the product grows.
