I design and build conversion-focused websites, ad creative, and video systems for B2B and DTC brands — and I own the numbers on the other side of the launch.

**Web design & development.** I took Snappy Kraken's B2B SaaS marketing site from Figma to HubSpot in three weeks for a conference launch; it contributed to over $1M USD in ARR within nine months. A single LPL Financial advisor offer page, built in two business days, contributed to a $440K deal. More recently: a 1,546-item B2B catalogue taken Figma-to-live for a UK electronics distributor trading since 1971, a 290-product S.T. Dupont luxury flagship shipped solo in under seven days against a three-to-five week agency baseline, and an eight-page firm-first rebuild for a four-decade strategic-communications consultancy.

**Paid social & ad creative.** 55x ROAS on Copy Chief's Escape Velocity program and 31.8x on Memberships. 12.6x ROAS for a Vancouver DTC tea brand as fractional CMO, with +56% AOV and +30% checkout conversion. 19x ROAS and a 60%+ acquisition-rate lift for a DTC menswear label across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

**Video & content systems.** I built and run an AI production pipeline that took an executive-search practice from 35 to 6,413 monthly YouTube views in a single 30-day cycle, with audience up ~38%.

**How I work.** Solo operator, agency output. I lean hard on agentic tooling — Claude Cowork with the WordPress, Shopify, and Figma MCPs — and I encode designs as JSON tokens plus per-page ASCII layout specs, a method that cut AI build cost about 40% on a recent production build. That's why a 290-product luxury storefront ships in a week instead of a month.
