I'm Nicole, a strategic designer and UX leader with 8+ years across 140+ brands in 15+ countries. Former UX lead at Expedia Group (Data & AI), CXO at an AI startup.

I work with a small number of clients at a time on work where design genuinely moves the needle: UX & product design, brand strategy, DesignOps, and AI workflow design.
