I help teams turn complex, high-stakes workflows into digital products people can use with confidence. My work spans research, service design, interaction design, accessibility, and the front-end details that make a design real.

A former Naval Aviator with 10+ years in design, my experience includes forecasting tools for NOAA and the National Weather Service, enterprise product roles at Tigerpaw, Optum, Allstate, and Lyntris, and independent brand and web work through Wicked Oni. I’m comfortable with dense data, demanding users, and the decisions between a polished mockup and a working product.

I’ve also shared my practice as an AIGA UX community lead, including an AIGA Eye on Design AMA. That experience shapes how I explain design decisions, bring stakeholders along, and help teams develop a useful design practice.
