MarketingProfs & B2B Forum Marketing Director & Creative Services Practice Lead As Marketing Director and Creative Services Practice Lead at MarketingProfs, I led the marketing team for a B2B education company generating more than $10M in annual revenue, overseeing campaign strategy, creative, content, and marketing initiatives across the business. Part of that work included leading the marketing efforts behind the twice-yearly B2B Forum in Boston, a flagship live event bringing together marketers from across industries for several days of learning and workshops. I also oversaw a website relaunch, led creative initiatives across the organization, and wrote and edited content throughout the funnel, contributing to more than $1M in new revenue. Some days looked like campaign strategy and team leadership. Other days looked like copy reviews, creative direction, and making sure a lot of moving parts continued moving in the same direction.

The SEL & Wellness Summit SEL & Wellness Summit Marketing, Creative Direction, A/V Lead & Video Production For Sacramento County Office of Education's SEL & Wellness Summit in both 2024 and 2025, I led the marketing and creative efforts behind the event, helping drive two sold-out, 2½-day summits while also handling creative direction, on-site A/V, live video production, and post-event editing. I was involved from the early campaign planning through the final recap content, which meant helping shape the message that filled the room and then helping bring the experience to life once people arrived. Also a healthy amount of backstage problem-solving, because live events always like to keep things interesting.

The Chopra Center for Wellbeing Director of Digital Programs & Creative Director What started as a project to design The Chopra Center’s online learning platform turned into a much longer relationship. I was originally brought in to help shape the platform experience, hire and manage the team building it, and help establish the foundation for their digital learning efforts. The work eventually grew into a full-time role leading digital learning and later expanded into Creative Director responsibilities as well. My role stretched across online course development, creative direction, video production, promotional campaigns, content strategy, and helping establish a distribution partnership with Udemy that expanded the Center’s digital reach. I also developed and produced content for thought leaders including Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Martha Beck, and Rob Bell. The days rarely looked the same, which I’ve learned is usually a good sign for me. One day I might be mapping out a course launch, writing campaign messaging, or reviewing creative. The next could involve production schedules, platform decisions, or keeping a lot of moving pieces pointed in the same direction. Somewhere in the middle of all of that was a 3,000-seat live production at the Shrine Theater in Los Angeles featuring Eckhart Tolle.

Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move Campaign Creative Direction, Writing, Production & Direction | Public Health Campaign Let’s Move was Michelle Obama’s national initiative focused on helping kids and families build healthier habits and get moving, and this particular campaign brought in some very recognizable reinforcements. Through a collaboration with Warner Bros., the Looney Tunes characters joined forces with partners including the NBA, NFL, Tony Hawk, and Olympic athletes to help turn healthy choices into something that felt more fun and a little less like a lecture. For this campaign, I handled creative direction and wrote, produced, and directed the broadcast spots, as well as developed radio, print, and billboard copy and design. The challenge was finding the balance between a message that kids would willingly spend time with. Because the moment something starts sounding like homework, the room clears out fast.
