Former Harlem Globetrotter Derick Grant had a highly engaged social following and strong initial membership launch—but sales slowed after the first wave. He brought me in to create a repeatable system to generate consistent new sign-ups.

Phase 1: Strategy
We started with a strategy session to design a scalable, automated sales system. Together, we mapped out:
A high-converting sales page with a free trial offer
A promotional sequence for his current email list
A follow-up sequence connected to his existing lead magnets to complete his funnels
I provided copy templates, page frameworks, and brand-aligned feedback to keep messaging conversion-focused.
