📝 Project Description: Byron and Nate from Dymecast are passionate guitar instructors looking to scale their teaching business through online education. They aimed to launch a free course to help frustrated guitarists grow and then invite those students into a paid community for deeper, hands-on support.

⚙️ What I Did:

Phase 1: Strategy We started with a strategy session in which our product specialist reviewed their goals. Together, we mapped out the new course and community structure, which included:

A streamlined free course designed to boost engagement

Seamless upgrade options inside the course to join the paid community

A dedicated, easy-to-navigate community space for members

Phase 2: Course & Community Setup We built a clean, user-friendly course experience in Kajabi and crafted a cohesive community environment that aligns with their brand and teaching style.

Phase 3: Review & Testing After assembling the course and community, Byron and Nate reviewed everything and shared feedback. We refined the details, implemented updates, and thoroughly tested the entire experience to ensure smooth functionality.

✅ Outcome: Dymecast now has a complete system: a free course to attract and nurture new guitarists, and a paid community that offers continued, hands-on support—positioning them perfectly to scale their business.
