What I Built:
AidFlow is a grant management platform for African NGOs with smart grant discovery (26 African-focused grants, live countdowns), auto-populated applications, budget builder with automatic calculations, visual pipeline tracking, and analytics.
Who It's For:
50,000+ NGOs across Sub-Saharan Africa managing $80B+ in grants using papers, Excel and Gmail.
Design Thought Process Research-driven:
80% of work happens on mobile (smartphone-first), repetitive data wastes hours (auto-population priority), budgets are time-consuming (Smart Table with 7% auto-calculated costs), missed deadlines hurt (countdown timers everywhere).

He reached out, asking me to create a save-the-date. But as a branding-oriented guy, I told him, “No, this isn’t what you want; you want something more.”
I explained that a wedding design should go beyond an announcement. It’s about creating a cohesive experience, where every element, from the invite to the décor, connects back to the couple’s story and theme.
He sent me some samples, but they were far from the wedding color palette. I told him, “Let me handle the design.” My advice: don’t choose colors just because you admire them; stay true to your palette. Just as décor complements the wedding dress, everything should align beautifully, from the invites to the signage and more.
Here are 2 samples of the Save the Date. I will share more soon.
