I’ve been working on SymphonizeHire, a hiring platform designed specifically for schools and educational institutions. The idea behind the project is to bring more structure, transparency, and fairness to the hiring process. In many schools, hiring decisions often happen through scattered emails, informal discussions, and unstructured interviews, which can make it difficult to maintain consistency or document decisions clearly. SymphonizeHire aims to centralize the entire process so that interview criteria, panel evaluations, discussions, and final recommendations all happen within a single system.

Recently we worked with one of our clients in revamping their website. It took much effort to understand the actual brand which the users wanted to see along with developing it on Next.js . Sharing some snaps of the new website. Looking forward for the feedback and more customers like this

Traer Mobile App Design. A clean and modern mobile app UI/UX design for Traer, a P2P global package delivery platform. Designed the experience around package tracking, orders, trips, and delivery management, keeping everything simple and easy to navigate. Also explored the visual identity, typography, colors, and responsive product experience to keep the app consistent across the brand. Really enjoyed bringing this one together.

Been working on this one for quite a while. I first designed this website last year, and this year the client gave me the opportunity to revisit it with a fresh perspective. Looking back, there were so many things I wanted to refine, from the visual direction to the overall user experience. Here's how the redesign turned out. Sharing a few glimpses from different sections of the website. I'd love to hear what you think.

Not every project is as easy as it looks. About a month ago, I got hired through Upwork by Jack, the owner of Alderwood Estate Agents in the UK, to redesign their website from top to bottom. At first, I thought it would mainly be a website redesign. Then we started adding more features and I realized this was going to be one of the most challenging projects I've worked on. The biggest challenge was connecting the website with Street CRM so every property would automatically appear on the website with the correct information. Properties for sale, to let, and sold. All had to stay synced with the CRM without any manual work. The website was built with WordPress and Elementor using a premium template. That meant I had to customize a lot of the template while making sure I didn't break anything else. Honestly, every time I fixed one thing, something else stopped working. 😅 There were many days where I was just searching, testing and trying different solutions until everything finally worked the way we wanted. One thing I'm really thankful for is Jack. He was patient, professional and trusted me throughout the whole process. Working with clients like him makes difficult projects much easier. The project took almost a month to complete, but I learned so much from it. Looking back, I'm really proud of what we built together. Here are some mockups from the final design. Also, I'd love to hear your stories. Have you ever worked on a project that looked simple at first but turned into something much bigger? Or maybe a bug that kept you awake for days? 😅 Share your experience in the comments. And if you like the work, a like or a comment would honestly mean a lot. It keeps me motivated to keep learning and building better things. ❤️

Check out this website redesign I did for Solar Panels London. I started with Figma to plan the design. Then I built the website in Framer. After that, I did full SEO so the website can rank better on Google and get more solar customers. This is how I help solar companies get more leads online through good design and SEO.

New brand identity for Curated Kitchens & Bath, a remodeling studio that helps homeowners fall in love with their space again. The brief was warmth without the clutter. A calm, earthy palette of smoky green, warm taupe and soft greige, paired with a clean editorial wordmark and a house-shaped mark that tucks the kitchen right inside it. Built out the full system too: logo suite, business cards, door hangers, flyers and merch, so every touchpoint reads as the same brand. Which application is your favorite? Curious what stands out to you.

Modern Development Website Design First impression isn’t everything. But on websites, it basically is. If your hero doesn’t land in 3 seconds, 88% of users are gone. Most sites don’t fail at traffic. They fail at the first above the fold area. No clarity. No proof. No reason to scroll. That’s it.

KORAX | Brand Identity Last week's wrap up: - 5 new meetings. - 2 projects closed. - 3 projects delivered, including this one. This week, we're starting strong. Currently working on 2 projects, aiming to close 3 more, and still open to work. Not gonna lie, the FIFA matches have been a bit of a distraction 😅 Trying to find that balance between getting work done and catching the games. What's everyone working on this week?

Excited to submit ScopeBridge for the Config Makeathon. Live Prototype: https://orchid-array-71734735.figma.site/ Figma Community File: https://www.figma.com/community/file/1649353646419325324 Why this idea Every freelance project starts with a conversation. Before pricing is discussed, clients and freelancers usually define requirements, priorities, expectations, assumptions, budget, and timelines through chat. But in many cases, quotes are shared before both sides fully understand what the work actually includes. This can create confusion for clients, uncertainty for freelancers, and project scopes that shift after the work has already started. ScopeBridge explores the step before proposal writing: scope alignment. Instead of helping freelancers simply generate faster proposals, ScopeBridge focuses on helping both sides understand the project better before the proposal or quote exists. The Solution ScopeBridge is a chat-side AI scope alignment assistant for freelance platforms. It sits beside a project conversation and turns early chat messages into quote-ready clarity by identifying: - What is already defined - What still needs alignment - Key assumptions - Important clarification questions - Suggested milestones - A structured scope packet both sides can review In the prototype, a client shares an early dashboard project idea. ScopeBridge analyzes the conversation, suggests alignment questions, updates the readiness score as more details are provided, and generates a structured scope packet before pricing begins. How I designed this I designed ScopeBridge using Figma Make as an interactive concept prototype. The workflow included: Framing the problem around freelance project communication Designing a simulated freelance chat interface Creating a ScopeBridge assistant panel inside the conversation Mapping the flow from early chat to alignment questions to quote-ready scope Adding a demo mode to show how scope clarity improves as the client provides more details Publishing both the live prototype and Figma Community file Impact ScopeBridge helps freelancers scope faster, clients communicate more clearly, and projects start with shared understanding instead of uncertainty. The goal is not to replace human judgment or negotiation. The goal is to create a clearer bridge between the first project conversation and the final quote.

A new CARRIED experiment. With the challenge deadline extended, I used the extra time to push the concept further and create a more dynamic version of the campaign. This new ad shifts the focus entirely to the transformation—worn denim deconstructed, stitched into a new form, and carried forward. The creative process remains the same as my original entry: AI-generated concept development AI image generation AI video generation Music selection and editing The only change this time was the final assembly. Instead of using Remotion, I edited and combined all the AI-generated clips in CapCut, which gave me more flexibility to refine the pacing, transitions, and overall flow of the commercial. The original case study, including the complete Envato + Remotion workflow, is here: 🔗 https://on.contra.com/CndcmG CARRY WHAT MATTERS.
