Live queue times are the strongest part for me—they reduce uncertainty before the user commits to a trip. I’d be curious which retention loop—memberships or rewards—drives more repeat bookings once that core convenience is established. Nice work, Kabir.
Appreciate it bro. I think memberships could have the stronger retention loop since they give users a reason to keep coming back, but the queue times are what make the first booking easy.
Exactly—that split makes sense. Queue visibility removes the first-booking friction, while memberships create the return loop. I’d test the membership prompt after a completed wash, then compare 30-day repeat bookings and contribution margin.

HEATD is a heated Pilates and yoga studio in Mableton, Georgia. The name already said it all, so we made one decision from day one: the heat would be the whole brand 🔥
Amazing project and amazing team.
Collab with @gerbzagency
Curious how the terracotta palette got settled here: did the colour come first and the type follow, or the other way round? The heat idea reads as much through the warm tones as through the name itself.
