This was a full Kajabi website build from the ground up — complete site design, product structure, and 7+ custom landing pages that match their calm, earthy aesthetic. I mapped out the full site architecture, designed a clean and welcoming experience for parents, and built everything directly in Kajabi so their team could easily manage content moving forward. Instabrand Academy — The Launch That Started It All Instabrand Academy was the Kajabi launch that started my career 5+ years ago. My wife and I created her course, Fashion Brand Formula, completely from scratch and spent months designing the brand, structuring the curriculum, building the Kajabi site, and dialing in the funnel and checkout. We followed Amy Porterfield’s Digital Course Academy framework and enrolled 40+ students in the first 48 hours. Since that first launch, I’ve helped 200+ clients build courses, memberships, and full Kajabi ecosystems, and have supported projects that have generated millions in revenue on the platform. Instabrand Academy is still one of my favorite projects because it represents how I work today: custom design, thoughtful strategy, and a hands-on approach from idea to launch.

The project began with fresh Figma designs, informed by the client’s brand, content, and a clear visual direction inspired by sites they loved. From there, I designed and built a custom Kajabi website theme, combining native Kajabi components with custom code where needed to achieve the desired experience. The work included: • A full Kajabi website redesign • 20+ custom landing pages • A cohesive course and product template system • A complete Kajabi Community with a custom member welcome experience The platform was built with a focus on clarity, conversion, and a smooth journey from first visit to active member, while remaining flexible and scalable for future growth. This project was a complete rebuild and platform transition from Podia to Kajabi — migrating more than 10 website and landing pages, 15 courses, and over 10,000 students. We also created new designs for the Course Theme and Community, bringing a modern and cohesive look to Julia’s entire online ecosystem. The final result is a powerful, streamlined Kajabi setup that supports her growing audience and delivers a seamless experience across every course and program.

Her original website was built on ShowIt, and we’ve been migrating everything over to Kajabi while keeping her distinctive aesthetic and design intact. Along the way, I created new Figma mockups for a custom Community Welcome page and Course Theme to give her students a more immersive experience. The result is a cohesive Kajabi ecosystem where her website, courses, and Community all live beautifully under one platform.

Lately I’ve been working on a full Kajabi migration and redesign for Mark Crossfield Golf. The original site was built on WordPress, and we moved everything over to Kajabi while giving the brand a complete refresh. We started by designing all the new website pages, landing pages, and a custom course theme in Figma. After a few revisions and final approval, we built everything live in Kajabi — migrating over 20 landing pages, 23 blogs, and 8 courses into the new system. The result is a modern, high-performing site that perfectly reflects Mark’s unique approach to golf coaching.
