I designed and implemented the integration layer using API-driven logic, backend automation, and workflow triggers to reduce manual work and improve consistency across email-related operations. The solution connected HubSpot with surrounding backend systems, automated actions that previously required manual intervention, and made large-scale email workflows easier to manage and maintain. Tech used: HubSpot, APIs, Python, Node.js, Webhooks, Backend Automation, Email Systems. This project demonstrates custom API integrations, backend automation, HubSpot-connected systems, CRM process automation, webhook-based workflows, and Python/Node.js backend logic.
