I built a live Base44 app for Yucca Paisagismo, a real Lisbon-based biophilic design studio. For the #base44giveitaglowchallenge, I turned Yucca’s fragmented customer journey into a structured lead qualification and CRM system. Before: Yucca already had a beautiful website, Instagram, Linktree, portfolio, ebooks and Calendly, but enquiries were spread across different channels and still needed manual qualification. After: The new Base44 app guides visitors through the right path: private clients, corporate green gifts or business spaces. It includes: guided intake flows AI assistant service recommendation logic file and reference uploads private CRM automated internal briefing email final confirmation page Calendly CTA Automation: When someone submits a request, the app stores the lead in the CRM, generates a recommendation, sends Yucca a structured internal briefing email and guides the client to book a free consultation. Built in direct collaboration with the business owner, using Yucca’s real brand, services and project imagery.
