From Script to Scroll: How We Built UGC That Converts

AI-powered English learning, TikTok-first strategy, real voices, performance-driven content. We turned a startup’s feed into a living system of stories: idea, creator, and final cut — all on us.
Client: Small Talk to Me is a U.S.-based EdTech startup that uses AI to assess your English level and build a personalized learning path, focused entirely on conversational fluency — from everyday speech to business English. The platform helps people actually speak with confidence.

🛠 What We Did — Our Approach

1. UGC as a system, not a campaign

Built a full UGC strategy: creator sourcing, casting, onboarding, motivation.
Recruited real people: ESL teachers, students, junior professionals, all relatable to the target audience.
Also filmed our own team — real, first-person stories of learning English that felt natural and credible.

2. Full content pipeline: idea → edit → publish

End-to-end production: concepting → scripting → creator collab → filming → dynamic editing → scheduling → A/B testing.
Videos often go beyond 30 seconds — not just entertainment, but knowledge-rich storytelling.
All platform mentions are seamless, fast, and never pushy.
Editing style: TikTok-native — strong hook, jump cuts, motion captions, music sync, scroll-stopping rhythm.

3. Platform-native and performance-optimized

We created different formats: talking head, POV, stitched replies, reaction videos, micro-lessons.
Each was tailored to platform algorithms (timing, preview frames, hook timing).
Top-performing videos were repurposed as paid performance creatives.
