Static & Video Creatives for Real Estate CRM

Olga OKAD

If your ads don't capture attention, simplify the pitch, and visually stand out — you're not just wasting money, you're actively teaching your audience to ignore you. In a crowded digital space where milliseconds matter, generic visuals and bland messages get lost instantly.

The brands that win are the ones that test, adapt, and invest in creative systems that not only convert, but also tell a compelling visual story — again and again, at scale.
Not all ads are created equal. Some look good but don't convert. Others convert, but damage your brand. And the ones that don’t even run because they’re too clunky or inconsistent? They quietly bury your ad budget. If you're not testing dozens of creative variations — across static and motion — you’re not just behind. You're invisible. In today’s digital ad environment, creative isn’t a decoration. It’s the whole strategy.

Project Overview

Flip System is a CRM platform built for real estate professionals flipping, renting, or selling properties. They approached us with a clear challenge: produce a large-scale series of performance-driven creatives that not only drive results but also uphold a strong, flexible brand identity across platforms.
We were tasked with developing both static and motion content for paid campaigns — content that could engage, educate, and convert. This meant clarity, speed, visual consistency, and a whole lot of iteration.

Creative Goals

Develop a high-volume package of graphics for paid campaigns.
Produce motion creatives that communicate product value quickly and clearly.
Maintain brand consistency while introducing stylistic variety.
Optimize for performance across formats and platforms.

The Process

1. Visual Language, then Volume

Before scaling production, we locked in the visual framework: color palette, typography, illustration guidelines, and logo handling. From there, we built over 100+ ad variations — experimenting with layout, typography scale, and illustration styles — all using the same copy. This made A/B testing efficient and meaningful.
Key tactics:
Created multiple design systems based on one value prop.
Applied “design remixing” — one core idea rendered in different styles.
Used known visual triggers from the real estate niche (floor plans, keys, dashboards, etc.).

2. Motion Content That Speaks

Motion design is often overlooked — or overproduced. We struck a balance: dynamic explainer-style animations that simplified the CRM’s core benefits. These were modular and platform-ready: sound-on/off versions, voiceover vs music-only, vertical vs horizontal.
Key elements:
Built scenes that mirrored the real user experience.
Introduced soft motion transitions for scroll-friendly feeds.
Used animated UI walkthroughs to mimic in-product interaction.

3. Performance Optimization Through Design

Because the Flip System team was already testing campaigns, we focused on ad variants that allowed for performance tracking: thumbnail changes, CTA positioning, and micro-animations for click triggers. Our goal was not just to “look good,” but to outperform previous rounds of content.

Results

100+ performance-focused static creatives delivered.
Multiple motion creatives used across paid campaigns.
Increased engagement on educational video ads.
Established a repeatable creative system for future iterations.
Flip System continued working with us for new campaigns — a sign the results delivered.

Key Takeaways

Creative volume + variation is essential for performance marketing.
Motion content simplifies value props and increases retention.
Staying inside a visual system while exploring stylistic diversity enables both brand consistency and experimentation.
Static + motion together drive better learning in A/B testing environments.
